Our Integrated Value Chain

We control each stage of the agricultural value chain under one operational structure — ensuring consistency from input sourcing to final export.

Stage 01

Fertilizer Production

We manufacture NPK fertilizers using modern blending technology. Product composition is lab-verified for accuracy and compliance with SON/NAFDAC standards before bagging and dispatch.

Stage 02

Agricultural Production

Our farms produce sesame, hibiscus, ginger, grains, and livestock products using mechanized systems across thousands of hectares. Output is processed and prepared for domestic supply and export.

Stage 03

Processing & Export

All products are quality-checked and packaged to buyer specifications — 50kg bags, bulk bags, or container-loaded bulk — with full phytosanitary, NAFDAC, and NEPC documentation for every international shipment.

Vision

Our Vision

"To be recognized as Nigeria's leading integrated agro-industrial company — manufacturing quality fertilizers, operating productive farms, and supplying global markets with consistent, export-ready agricultural products."

Mission

Our Mission

"To manufacture high-quality NPK fertilizers, operate productive farming operations, and deliver certified agricultural products to domestic and international markets through efficient and reliable supply chains."

Core Values

Operating Principles

These are not aspirations — they are the operational standards we apply in every manufacturing batch, every farm cycle, and every export shipment.
